1. Who we are

2. How we sell
We are an online retailer and operate as a dropshipping business. We don’t make or hold the products ourselves: we source them from third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners, who pack and send your order to you directly from their warehouses, many of which are outside the UK. When you order, we pass your name, delivery address and phone number to our fulfilment partner and the courier so they can deliver it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds (£) for delivery to the UK and dollars ($) for delivery to the US, and include delivery. Payment is taken by PayPal, by card or PayPal account. We never see or store your card details. You are charged once your order has been confirmed with our fulfilment partner. If we can’t confirm it, you are not charged.
Prices don’t include any customs duties, import taxes or fees your country may charge on international deliveries. If these apply they are your responsibility.
4. Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes about 8–15 days to the UK and 5–12 days to the US after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, weather and the courier. We add your tracking number to your order once it ships. We deliver to the UK and US only.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive your order. To cancel, tell us clearly by email (weblicommerce@gmail.com), saying what you’re cancelling. You can use any wording.
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. We’ll tell you the return address.
- You pay the cost of returning it, unless it’s faulty or not as described.
- Please take reasonable care of it and return it unused and in its original packaging, so we can refund you in full. We may reduce your refund if it’s been used more than needed to check it.
- We refund you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of receiving proof you’ve sent it, if sooner), to the way you paid.
6. Faulty, damaged or not as described
As we don’t manufacture the product, we are not responsible for faults in the product itself, but we will always refund you for one. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with a photo or short video. We will refund you in full, including delivery, and you won’t need to return it. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
7. Using the product
Glowboard is a low-voltage USB product. Use it with a suitable USB power source, keep it away from water, and follow any instructions supplied. Keep small parts and cables away from young children.
8. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be excluded by law. Outside of this, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
9. Your data
We collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to take payment, deliver your order and answer your questions. We share them only with PayPal (payment), our fulfilment partner and the courier (delivery). We keep order records for 6 years for tax and accounting. This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers. We count visitors anonymously using a one-way daily code that can’t be traced back to you. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing weblicommerce@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply. If a problem can’t be settled between us, you can use the courts of your country of residence.
